1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and with original packaging.

2. Return Process

  • To start a return, please contact our Support Team at support@vekego.com for the return address and instructions.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your order number/proof of purchase.
  • If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Depending on your payment method, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Digital products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
